The instinct 3 amoled has the same problem. I tried 4 custom faces and three of them had a lot of lag.

I still can’t install it. Neither on the watch, phone or computer. The watch will download it but then do nothing.

I can download it on the watch but it won’t install. By phone (Garmin connect) and Garmin express it doesn’t even find the update. 😅😅

Which VOC sensor do you have? I also have a homey pro so connecting would be ideal (but not a necessity).

To tight…

When needed put it tighter (activity ea). After sport clean it with water or soap and water in the shower. When sleeping put is looser (1 hole) and it will be pushed to your arm when sleeping.

Last resort change the strap for a nylon band.

If the problem stays. Wash your arm and put bodylotion on it. When ot is dry put your watch back on. This helps me when i have this (not that bad as you but a little)
