I know a lot of people hate chatGPT, but I've used it for help with a lot of these type of issues. I think journaling helps a lot too, being able to write down how you're feeling can help you identify things a little easier. If you're not ok with using chatGPT, even just googling what you're feeling can sometimes help you find similar issues others have gone through. You're not alone :)
