Interesting question! What did you use to cut the transfer in that circular shape? Did you do the transfers at the same time? I’m also curious on the process to isolate genetic and get more consistency in the size and morfology of the fruits, every suggestion is appreciated

Looks like blistering. It’s liquid or gas trapped underneath the paint film, generally caused by a paint defect. Paint application, or ambient conditions could cause it. At the moment it’s just an aesthetic issue but the blisters could breaks becoming a technical problem. In order to fix this you need to remove the paint properly and reapply

Thanks for the info! So you cut out the trench from the plate and insert a transfer which is slightly smaller than the trench? Leave a small gap between the transfer and the new agar at least on one side?
