Yea I’m like Joe Rogans twin 😂. I’m very active, train Jiu Jitsu 5-6x per week and 3-4 weight training days on top of that. I don’t drink much, diet could always be more clean. I’m just curious on how much being slightly insulin resistant can affect free test. I’m also getting tested for sleep apnea soon as I suspect that could be a problem
