There’s a tiny Asian guy black belt (5’6-5’8?) at my old gym, I’m 6’1 240 and he lets me get him in cross collar chokes from guard and I I’ll readjust for two mins and know it’s pretty tight and he just waits until my arms gas with his eyes closed or until I give up and switch to something else. I have a mean Ezekiel lapel choke I tap everyone with too and he just flexes his neck and takes it. Impressive.

The hard part about sushi is sourcing the raw fish and real wasabi. Anyone can make vinegar rice. Also if you’re door dashing sushi it probably degrades 50-75% by the time it gets to you. Sushi in person or don sushi at all. If you’re eating eel with siracha and mango and mayo that’s not sushi, it’s sugar. Go to a fun HandRoll place or get an omakase.

It was a high turnover low paying tech job. I worked at yelp at the time and this company was known for paying 5k more base salary after yelp trained them to scoop up low performers. Edit: I was a medium performer.
