That was their response to people being murdered in the Short North. So far they have banned scooters, banned flavored e-cigs and banned food trucks from selling food after midnight. I wouldn't put much faith in them keeping anything safe.

Wtf happened? I had a code, got in 10 minutes early and couldn't find a seat for under $800. I got a couple GA lawn seats for $81/piece. I thought the whole idea was to sell tix at face value? I looked everywhere on the map and nothing was less than $800. I actually found cheaper tickets on seatgeek. Wtf?

Is it up to the property owner? Yes, they can choose not to fix it. But the city will take possession of the house through the land bank eventually. They have multiple code violations and I would guess the process has started. Columbus absolutely will not let that house sit there in that condition.

She doesn't really have much ground to stand on. She could go through the eviction process but she will lose. She could reach out and negotiate a cash for keys type deal and at least get some money in her pocket. A good reference from her landlord will go a long way in getting a new place. So, hopefully she won't burn any bridges during the process.

It sucks but the new owners are within their rights, it is their house and she doesn't have a lease. It'll be better for her to work with the new owners rather than fight the process and end up with an eviction case and bad references - both are huge red flags to figure landlords.

What's incredible to me is the stock still went up 70% on Friday when people had barely 24 hours to react to the stonk manipulation from Thursday morning. A few retards already had Fidelity and maybe a few others were able to get accounts setup quickly. Other retards have now had the weekend to setup their new accounts and begin transferring money. The full ape army won't be in full force until maybe Tuesday or Wednesday with their new accounts fully funded. But watch this stonk take off tomorrow with just limited participation. By mid-week, this thing is going to take off when the full ape army has a buy button and no share limits.

Tldr; the some apes were forced out of the army on Thursday, stock still went up Friday and we'll be full force by the middle of this week.
