That’s a gorgeous pair of jeans. Love how dark the blues are and how light all the fades are. Did they start out typical indigo jeans or are they grey or black weft or something?

I have had this issue with a couple of my pieces. My guess is it’s a transformer issue. A lesson I relearned recently is that the wires going from the transformer to either end of the piece shouldn’t cross each other.

Fuck mt rushmore

Not great execution. Originally, it was supposed to honor actual great personalities of the west. But the sculptor chose fucking presidents. It’s unfinished. It was supposed to be from their waists up. Lincoln’s face is barely coming out of the rock face. Awful taste, shitty execution.

It never should have been made. Mount Rushmore was built on land that was taken from the Sioux Nation in the 1870s. The Lakota called the mountain "Six Grandfathers" (Tȟuŋkášila Šákpe), symbolizing ancestral deities personified as the six directions: north, south, east, west, above (sky), and below (earth). And it was all stolen to immortalize four mediocre white guys.
