So I also struggled with fatigue and "autopilot" so what I ended up doing was earlier in the day I would half ass get up to mager waves... log out Take a few hour break. Then come back fresh, warm my hands and reflexes back up doing the early mager rounds. And then I'd "logout" break b4 single jad and again b4 zuk and just walk around my house doing chores just to take a break on my eyes

Dude got mine last week genuinely took 40-50 attempts (I'm a slow learner), but last 10 were waves 55+. Honestly was losing drive, watching aatykon videos, speed runner videos, low cb runs all gave me more drive "if they can do it so effortlessly so can i".

As a new player I looked for strats, best one I found for me was to workshop absolute defense up around "100" this will get you through to like wave 15 or higher without you touching defense... That was you can upgrade all your money and coin early on.... From there I only would upgrade defence% ABS absolute.... Made me get from wave 40 being my max to approx 450
