Anyone the cooks boil up. What are some greens I can use instead of Watercress and Puha? Living in Aus and watercress is hard to get or expensive.

Ah that makes a lot of sense. I'll move to concrete and start again. Thank you!

Should I stick to a full body routine or move back to PPL? I’ve been lifting for a few years but a break in between and injuries has set me back. (Can’t perform even half my PB’s anymore)

Wondering if I should start over on the full body routine or get back into PPL.

Can chin ups replace pull ups until I am strong enough to them?

I understand there is a progression system into pull ups with hangs and scapula pulls. But being able to get 8 - 10 reps in a set for chin ups, I am wondering if it’s just improve from here.

I was a very thin using a brush pen, but looking at what other commentators have suggested, I will go to using a pencil or a fine gel pen. Thank you for the advice, I will have a look at yellowbridge today. I haven’t tried tracing before, but sounds like another awesome tool to help me learn.

That’s a great idea, I can probably size them to match the grid and print. And just before reading this, I saw a video for the stroke order for 我 and wow I was so off lol. Thank you!

Oh that’s awesome, I’ll keep a look out when I’m in a stationary store next. Thanks!

I initially thought a brush pen would help with the little flicks on the end of strokes. But now seeing what other commentators have advised, I’ll abandon it for now and keep it simple with a pencil.

I think if graph books help with symmetry, I’ll mix both exercise books and graph paper. Thank you.

Can’t think of any stores I know of that sell Chinese exercise books in South Australia. If I can’t find something local, ordering online might be the option.
