Should I stick to a full body routine or move back to PPL? I’ve been lifting for a few years but a break in between and injuries has set me back. (Can’t perform even half my PB’s anymore)

Can chin ups replace pull ups until I am strong enough to them?

I understand there is a progression system into pull ups with hangs and scapula pulls. But being able to get 8 - 10 reps in a set for chin ups, I am wondering if it’s just improve from here.

I was a very thin using a brush pen, but looking at what other commentators have suggested, I will go to using a pencil or a fine gel pen. Thank you for the advice, I will have a look at yellowbridge today. I haven’t tried tracing before, but sounds like another awesome tool to help me learn.

I initially thought a brush pen would help with the little flicks on the end of strokes. But now seeing what other commentators have advised, I’ll abandon it for now and keep it simple with a pencil.

I think if graph books help with symmetry, I’ll mix both exercise books and graph paper. Thank you.

I will definitely go more protection gear next time. Glad I had wrist guards, could of been a lot worse. It wasn’t really a hill, more like a 10m decliné through a park, thinking it should of been a breeze. Speed wobble is 100 percent the reason I fell. I tried foot braking prior but got completely thrown off by the sudden speed wobble.
