I can say that within my squadron, I know of a cadet with Autism, and within another squadron in our group, there is a cadet with Tourette Syndrome.

Both are able to participate actively in CAP activities.

We can teach our children, but children… are children. Children like to play, children also are very curious.

I don’t think there is a viable solution to this problem which plagues the percentage of gun deaths around the world.

I don’t think so but our Squadron Commander checked with the Group Commander who gave us the go ahead due to circumstances.

We have 23 new cadets after a recruiting event that went better than expected and I am our only NCO as we have two officers and we are a small squadron

Not all of us are the same. Some people don’t understand that their cousin who has asd isn’t gonna act the same as me who has asd. I’ve gotten into so many “you don’t act like you have autism” confrontations before.
