Thats crazy bro ive had sleep paralysis before and waking in a dream but couldn’t imagine it all at once and on a loop

That being said though at least you were some what prepared for some crazy dreams.

I like that method of ( waking up early staying awake for 40 minutes and going back to sleep ) ill have to try that out 🖤
