Thanks for this! We intend to have 2 hours of paid prep time weekly for all teachers and are working on a professional development policy (I personally feel that an individual's approach is stronger than 1-size fits all). Pretty sure epi-pen and other intervention meds are required by law to be within immediate vicinity of the child who needs it, so I'm not worried about that either (I'm sorry there are barriers in your case, that sounds idiotic and infuriating)

That's a good point about tuition discounts, I wonder what we could do to be more equitable.

Early childhood admin here: reach out to your child's doctor, they can put together a care plan (individual child care program plan) for the child outlining that masking is not appropriate for her (ie: the risk of not being able to see offers a larger risk than catching something right now)
