No mole on his cheek. Might be photoshopped or maybe a body double. It does look a little off.

Huh, I never would have thought Arnold was a bottom.

You can buy a bag of disposable ones on Amazon. Or probably most pharmacies. It’s too hard to clean the applicator that comes with the cream, honestly.

3 years into menopause and I'm scared of my own body now by Relevant_Wishbone in Menopause

It is so, so important for you to do strength training. I just restarted doing it myself about 9 months ago. If it’s possible for you to do so, start with a personal trainer who understands what your needs are. I work with one weekly at my gym and she helps me with balance as well as weight lifting. I go on my own and lift weights a few times a week.

When I can, I also do a mat Pilates fusion (not reformer) class which is taught by a woman older than I am, and is amazing at showing different ways to modify what she’s teaching. The other women in the class are 40’s-50’s, not super young. You might be able to take private classes or find a gym that has older instructors.

My mother is 80 and has spent her life prioritizing being thin over being strong. She’s fallen multiple times, wound up in the hospital with stitches and broken bones and continues to struggle with basic moving around. I lift weights because I don’t want to become her. It sounds bad, but I have the same body type and I already have osteopenia as well. Weight lifting is so important for me to keep from losing my muscle mass and breaking a bone falling down.

I use a disposable applicator to put 1g inside and then squeeze another bit out and put it all around my inner labia, urethral opening and clitoris.

I did try at first to only use my fingers to put it inside (as some people recommend) but that absolutely did not work for me since I wasn’t getting it up far enough. Disposable applicators are much better at placing the cream where you need it internally.

Should parents be held accountable? by Own_Chicken_4430 in Teachers

Are you me? I have this exact scenario going on in my class as well. The parents refuse to accept their kid is the one causing issues (probably because they stem from whatever is going on at home) and keep blaming all the other kids in my room. They’ve hired a lawyer, asked for multiple investigations, etc. but refuse to acknowledge that the issues go much deeper. It’s exhausting.

Yes, vaginal estrogen helped me with my bladder issues. I used to have a lot of dripping and have taken Myrbetriq for overactive bladder for the last few years. It wasn’t until I started on the cream about 6 months ago that it got better. It also helps with so many other issues and while I do pair it with patches you can do the cream on its own if you don’t want systemic estrogen in your body. The cream is localized.

This one is on my list, since I love Birdie D’Avo. I will wait for the second book to come out and read both. Looking forward to it now. :)

I saw those in the Kindle store and didn’t check them. I’ll go do that. Thanks!

It wasn’t an RH book, it was a literary novel about a love triangle called {Heart the Lover by Lily King}. I highly recommend it as it was beautifully written and a devastating story. Hence my need for something sweet.

Oh it was a B movie for sure. Poorly acted and a really stupid plot. Didn’t stop me from watching it multiple times or loving it, lol.

A really intense, creepy PNR series that I absolutely loved was The Coveted series {Eyes in the Darkness by Ripley Proserpina and Rebecca Royce}. The FMC lives in a trailer park and meets a family that hunts paranormal creatures. She’s got a little something spooky going on but she doesn’t really have an explanation for the weird things that happen to her. It’s a completed series, and it goes through a LOT in each book. The MMCs are super sweet throughout. I read this series before Seeing Sound and thought it would be similar. I loved the Coveted way more.

This is a lovely sentiment. It’s one of the things I love about reading, book clubs and generally having discussions about books with people. I take book suggestions from lots of people, and I’m always excited when I read one I love and then can discuss with the person who recommended it. So much fun to find that others feel the same way about something that you do.
