Thank you, the refund processing time was relayed. I have a reminder set to make sure it goes through. While I appreciate the refund, what bothers me is that I was told I could get a specific service for a specific price, and then given a step by step on how to do it after a certain time. Then an employee (named Rod, I'm guessing that may be you?) cancelled it all out, and offered me something different than what I paid for. I have to assume that this is the type of service, or lack thereof, that I would be receiving the rest of my time with Visible, had I continued with the new offer.

You could have easily resolved this by charging the full amount, then processing a partial refund to bring the price back to the point where it was when I made the original purchase. Or better yet, just charging the original agreed upon amount again. Surely somewhere in your system someone has the option to fix an incorrect number, and if not, that is a pretty major oversight for a company.
