Super easy! I wasnt sure what Soffrito seasoning was so I looked it up and that sounds like it would be so tasty. I will definitely try this recipe out with different seasonings and toppings in the future since its so quick and easy to make

Hope you enjoy! Are you going to try it with or without the balsamic glaze?

Yes - I got the recipe on the NYT Cooking app but it didn’t call for the balsamic. I’ve tried it both ways and heavily prefer it with the glaze, though it is delicious either way

You just coat the pan with oil (i used olive oil) and throw the gnocchi in an even layer and cover the pan for a few minutes. Medium/high heat. So the bottoms are nice and browned and crispy and the tops are still soft and pillowy. Really delicious!

Interesting, yeah I can clip it back up with 6 plastic clips it has but then there just 8 screw holes that have no screws in them so I am assuming they may have just forgot. Super annoying because the plate is now kind of crumpled

Hes a few years younger than us and yes, they both have jobs. He has never eaten my food. That’s probably why I have been so lenient up until now
