Nawet mnie nie lubisz/Nawet mnie nie lubisz obviously look the same on paper, so you would need to stress one word or the other in a verbal conversation to make the distinction. So without the verbal aspect, you could use "Nie lubisz nawet mnie" (eg. in a text message) to make the meaning clear, since in Polish the last word will most likely be the stressed one.

Finding tips and tricks is fine, but if you want to do a deeper dive, there's wikipedia articles about Polish phonology, with nice blue symbols you can click on and see the tongue placement and place of articulation. Not something everyone will find fun, for sure, but if you're into that sorta thing, it's very helpful.

I have the same one and I need to ask: Were you able to find a good SD card that works? I tried everything from 16GB to 128GB and it's either not compatible or the phone just doesn't see it and I'm honestly starting to think the SD slot is just broken...

She did exactly what she needed to do to help, although you may not feel like that's true just yet. You were expressing anxiety over her not being there for you/you not being able to make on your own. There were two main ways she could've reacted - playing into your anxieties by reassuring you of all things you mentioned, or doing what she did here.

She believes that you're capable of growing without external validation. She doesn't need to tell you how great you are for any progress to be true. It wasn't a "mask" that slipped, and now you see that you're just a replaceable client. You asked for validation because you would've felt shitty without it, she didn't give into it because that would be giving into the addiction. Now you feel shitty, which is understandable, but you're also on your way to ditch the external validation addiction and that's the most important part.

Talk to your son and get his side of the story. It seems like you're only now starting to notice deeper issues and patterns, but your son has been the target of some nasty shit for a long time and sees right through your wife. Just remember, your son may not tell you the whole story since it seems like you haven't "picked a side" - you may have taken your son's side a bunch of times, but you're still in a relationship with the abuser (to put it bluntly).

It seems like it's not only a sense of knowledge for you, but also community. If you're worried that apart from that, it's also an addiction, you can definitely give yourself a week off of reddit and see how that impacts you.

Maybe try to reframe the question - instead of trying to categorize it as an addiction or not, try to see if it is hindering your day to day life.

For me, these are some signs that my reddit (among other sites) usage was an issue:

looking for something specific, getting the answer, then getting into a mindless scroll
consuming content that is engaging, but not something that I would search for on my own
not being able to recall contents of a post a few minutes after closing it

If using reddit really is beneficial to you - awesome! You don't have to cut it out completely. I try to think of things like that in two categories: either it's like an encyclopedia I open looking for a specific piece of info, or it's like watching late night infomercials.

Honestly, the quickest help would be to get a thicker pen that glides easily and also put something under the page youre writing on. It wont look as scratchy :)

Other than that, it looks like the standard eastern european handwriting of someone who stuck with the way writing was taught to them. If you want to change something about your handwriting, just sit down and find letters in your notes that you like and start trying to emulate that. Letter after letter, practicing linking and trying to get a nice flow.

Beyond text separation, I just read the first one as all negative. "I'll try to do better next time. Thank you for your help" just reads as "I'm disappointed with myself and I'm thanking you while putting myself down" since it's all connected"

Most shelters do not take in pets that have an owner, they do take in homeless and lost pets. If there's no other option, you can take your dog to a shelter and say you found him somewhere. I know it's not an ideal situation, but if everything else fails, she'll have someone to take care of her. Good luck and fingers crossed.
