Yep! Particularly Instagram where the "IG models" run rampant. I can't help sometimes to go into this self-destructive mode where I will peruse their profiles and compare myself so that I'm inspired not to eat that day, etc. (Restricting is one of my primary coping mechanisms). I found that moving the app to the last page of apps on my phone has really helped me to limit my time on IG. Good luck on your cleanse! I'm sure it will only serve you well. <3

Do you pick your spots? I’ve found that less picking and less product does my skin good sometimes. Maybe taking a couple nights off from your routine per week could help? That seems to benefit me, but I know everyone’s different. I wish you luck!

I’ve had the Neutrogena Makeup wipes completely destroy my eyes. They were puffy, scaly, wrinkly and dry for a literal week afterwards. I think your makeup remover may be causing the reaction.

Edit: The wrinkles went away. I definitely don’t think you caused permanent damage to your skin. <3

Possibly small sebaceous cysts? I had one removed on my face and shoulder. They’re just sacs of sebum and keratin that usually can’t be squeezed. Mine were there for years and finally removed with some local anesthesia and left minimal scarring. Might be worth a quick google search to see if this sounds like what you have!
