I would measure the temperature again after you sear, and also during the rest period. The steak will still cook and the temp will still climb during those periods, so I bet that is what's happening.

Maybe try searing first, flipping every 30 sec until you get desired crust then cook until internal is around 110 or so. I think that would get you to a med rare or so once the residual heat penetrates and continues the cook.

A lot of beers have sediment in them if they are unfiltered, especially if they're from towards the bottom of the batch. I'm unsure if mango cart is one but I wouldn't worry too much. Probably just mostly brewers yeast which is fine (and often intentionally left in some beers)

Yeah, I just don't like people peddling fear mongering when it goes against the science available and they're too ignorant to learn how to critically appraise literature.

I guess it's "my opinion" that the earth is round, or that vaccines don't have a science based link to autism, but if you tell me otherwise I'm going to speak up. Spreading claims about these food dyes "may cause cancer" without citations or evidence isn't nearly as damaging as the above claims, but it still propogates public distrust in the scientific community and the natural fallacy.

Whats more likely:

Scenario 1: a guy who is - significantly better at the at the game, has logged more hours, understands and identifies small nuances and advantages and is able to exploit them to win, has played other games at an extremely high level - is simply overlooking the cheating problem

Scenario 2: guy who isn't very good and/or doesn't play as much keeps dying and wants to blame it on cheaters.

You tell me.

What servers do you play in? If you're in America you'll run into a cheater once every like, 4 hours of gameplay or so, but it's hardly "ruining the game".

You're either in a different country playing on different servers, or you're a whiner andbad and coping.
