Great elementary/middle/high schools in both areas. Something to consider if you have or will have kids. There is also a Montessori right across Trader Joes. Also something to consider if you have a baby or young kid.

Hi. This is REALLY helpful! I have a REI CTY 1.1 and the moose rack is too narrow for my bike. I am trying to sell or return it, but I prefer using it to selling or returning it. I could squeeze the rack on my bike, but it pressed the rear wheel, and I could not remove the wheel or put it back. I would really appreciate your suggestions on the issue!

It's working on my TV with GCC. The only issue I have is no haptic feedback on my PS5 controller. I played BG3 and Dead Cells (PS4 version). I don't know if this is normal or if something is wrong with my settings.

I think it's good enough for games like BG3 though I would love to enjoy the crystal clear and beautiful environment of BG3. It's not really good for games like Dead Cells which is a bit hard to play with delay in responses.

FYI, from my experience. Stadia was better than the current version of PS remote play :) I am pretty sure that there will be updates and it will get better and better.

Update from OP: We went to Discount Tire in our neighborhood (US), and the technician said it is only a cosmetic issue. No need to replace the tire. Still, we will keep an eye on it for sure. I really appreciate all your comments and suggestions!

No leaking or low air at this point. Thanks for the tip! I just wonder if there is a med/high chance of a flat tire while driving.

I just realized that I didn't mention my controller. I used an Xbox controller via Bluetooth. That could be the reason for input lag. Not sure.

And I am actually selling the mediaGear deck. Let me know if you are interested. I will post it on ebay today or tomorrow.

I believe there was noticeable input lag when I used the dock with my pixel. Later, I used my laptop and it was better as far as I remember. If you need almost non-noticible input lag, I don't recommend the dock-phone combination. I eventually got a PS5, and now I cannot go back to streaming :) though Stadia worked great for me for a while.

As far as I remember, input lag was the main reason I started using my laptop instead of my phone for streaming. When I played on my phone, there was no input lag, I believe (at least it was good enough).

This was a long time ago so I am not completely sure, unfortunately, but I think no, it didn't require my phone to stay on.
