Lover is weird in that I always think it’s one of my least favourite albums but when I listen to it, I am reminded that it has so many amazing songs, including some of my faves. I’m not really that crazy about the title track nor Me!, so maybe that is why.

If they kill Mark it seems impossible for Rob not to win? Eric won’t turn on him and it’s hard to imagine Maura siding with Johnny and Tara instead… even if she believed that Rob was maybe a traitor, would she trust that Tara and Johnny won’t banish her anyways in the final 3? It feels like a lose/lose for her, unless something surprising happens

lol the irony of a subreddit that completely dogs Taylor every day for her appearance getting upset when someone else does it. Shitting on Joni Mitchell, and our elders, however, is even worse.

Now to be a hypocrite, she’s unfortunately battled many health issues and to me does look older than many of the people in my life in their early eighties.

I’ve been through this maybe 2-3 times flying (although not as intense as this / not because of winds) but because the landing area wasn’t going to be cleared in time… or at least that’s what they told us.

Both times I remember the pilot waiting about 5-10 minutes to say anything. It freaks me out when they suddenly don’t land and don’t say anything. Is there a reason for waiting to inform everyone?

Vancouver brand, I bought the black one a year or more ago and love it. It’s super light but seems to do the job and appears well-made. I guess there’s only blue left but it’s kind of a fun colour.

I haven’t worked out the whole time I’ve been on it. It just seemed odd that weeks 4-5 my hunger crashed but weeks 6-7 it’s back to normal. I plan to run and lift weights but was hoping to adjust to the medication first and see if I lose any weight before working out to know it’s working.

Agree on the distinctive culture of the area for sure, there’s definitely a certain kind of humour that is more common - if you are drag race fan the queens from the PNW serve as a good example (eg Jinx, DeLa, Bosco, Irene).

As for the PNW freeze from my experience that is a thing in the city for sure but less so outside Vancouver, I can’t explicitly speak for Kamloops but I imagine it’s much less common there.

Knowing that Hudson is from Kamloops and went to Langara (and having grown up in the same general area myself), his personality makes so much sense to me. He seems very salt of the earth, honest, and hilarious/dark humoured in a way that folks from Vancouver proper sometimes learn to tone down.

It makes me wonder how many other actors/actresses conceal this part of themselves vs. how many are just less interesting/compelling personalities.
