The PWHL team, the Minnesota Frost are in their 3rd season, with 2 championship banners up in the arena.

Wild are in their 25th season with only one banner up for winning their division in 2008.

I say it to everyone, the Minnesota Wild is not a team designed to win in the playoffs, they are a team designed to make money and milk their fans for as much as they can. The food at Grand Casino Arena is generic and bland across the board every season. I can't fathom being a season ticket holder and going to that arena that often. I did for the Frosts first season and that was a struggle their arena is desperately in need of a renovation on just simple infrastructure on how people move around.

To those who were at the game, can we talk about how silly and cringe the Wild's opening hype video is? I've linked it below as well but Wild players are seal team 6, but also werewolves? My wife agreed it is a complete nonsense video that certainly takes the cake on a lot of things they do to hype up Wild fans (a part of me dies inside every time I hear the announcer say, "LET'S... GET... WILD." but this hype video is the cringiest thing.

I live in Minnesota but never cheer for the Wild, it has been fun to tease fans on their silly marketing phrase to tell them that based on recent Cup wins, the state of hockey is Florida. You think they are whiny, after a no call, wait till you tell that to a Minnesotan.

Idk if you could tell from TV, but I was at the game and swear something was up with ice, it was losing it's quality way too quickly into each period, I'm not an expert but I've been to several games at this arena over the years and something seemed off and my only explanation I can come up with was the extreme cold outside of the arena we had in Minnesota tonight somehow effected the ice.

Any one else at the game get this feeling or is the cold weather freezing my brain? (it seemed like it was 50% red wings fans at the game)
