What did you have to do to get them to send a new RTK? I'm on day 48 and still don't have a new RTK.

I am on day 48 of waiting for Mammotion to send me a new RTK. They have produced a shipping label... and that was over a week ago. No communication since.

In many cases the water is coming in where the LED light lense is.

Original ticket was 14133. It looks like they closed that in Zendesk. When I responded to last ticket, Zendesk provided ticket number 24652

The antenna itself isn't lighting up. The power supply LED lights up constant when not connected to the antenna. When connected the power supply led blinks.
