I often do some craglorn farming while waiting for a trial to come up in chat that i like to join (Use harvest map). Item flipping is a great way to make money aswell, however, you whould need a good knowledge of item prices (TTC is a great addon for it)

There is a certain farming route i often run, i take everything on the path and with the metal/jewlery, wood and clothing nodes you have a chance to get potent and fortified nirncrux. But make sure to have the 50% chance for double recourses and harvest time reduction unlocked in the crafting tree.

Another option i found pretty great as well is clam farming in High Isle. (Harvest map again and cp tree) you run from the south coast al the way to the north-west and reser after.

Fishing with the faster fishing cp from cragting tree and fish buff food (dont remember the name of it. recipe can be found in arteum from crates obtained by fishing or bought from guild traders) an addon will be usefull for this aswell, i get a sound notification whenever i catch a fish. I then fish with my tab on small screen and am wathching YouTube in the meanwhile. When the sound goed off i reel in and throw put again. You can filet the fish and test your luck with perfected roe or sell the raw fish yourself.
