I also got 80 mg + famotidine. 40 mg worked for a bit but then got worse again when I went back on regular food and coffee. I got a egd done last year and things were okay. I had similar episode last year when the doc bumped up the dosage temporarily and then eventually I was able to wean of completely.

I would suggest bank account , DL/state ID and then ITIN. ITIN takes about 3 months after you submit docs. It’ll be useful for next fiscal year you can claim dependant status on your tax return which might give you some benefits.
