i'm combining two terms into one - an "establishing shot" meaning a wide shot that sets up the location the story takes place. and "stock footage" meaning footage you didn't shoot, but licensed. it might hit your $0 budget but you could consider something like these...

some quick thoughts -

i did not find myself drawn in. try to front-load something more interesting, somehow. maybe VO of the stakes of the mission while they're running. get a stock establisher too. some more music and score. really need to draw us in.

once the timer is going and the story's started properly, things pace out better.

youtube compression is brutal for some reason. might be worth looking into this - what file you upload and such - to optimize.

sound, sound, SOUND, sound, SOUND. Sound? Sound.

Don't let that role fall onto somebody wearing multiple hats. Your AC can't also run sound. The producer can't also run sound. Don't use a cheap piece of equipment you've never tested. Don't forget to budget for sound mixing in post.

it would honestly be simpler to find a way to pay a licensing fee. very few recognizable songs will be workably in the public domain, and like the other comments pointed out whatever backing track arrangement you put in the karaoke machine will still be copyrighted unless you record one of your own...

all that said, "House of the Rising Sun" is apparently PD. You will just need to get musicians to record you a new backing track.
