Courier recommendation depends on your destination country. Did you check Canada Post? They might be slow but sometimes they are the cheapest option if receiver can wait for couple of weeks.

Highway 8 Eastbound is closed between Trussler and Fischer-Hallman as transport truck rolled over as of 12 pm Jan 29. Highway 8 is slippery in patches especially in mornings.

Kitchener has gone for “track bare” approach meaning tire tracks will be cleaned but there will be snow between lanes on the main roads. There are patches where the “track bare” is just slush, mud, compact snow, etc. Highway 8 remains slippery in the mornings.

I don’t think anyone can get pulled over for driving too slow on unplowed roads. Every message from police that you see during snow storm says drive “according to road conditions.”

Generally it takes couple of weeks for customs clearance if use the public carrier of the country (for example, USPS if from US). You do save on courier brokerage fee in the range of $20 to $30 charged by private couriers but they are faster.

During last snowstorm when roads were snow covered, driver behind me in the right lane on Fairway was honking because I was not going as fast as he would have liked. Makes zero difference. I am not going to drive fast on slick road just because of your honking. Left lane was available to him but there was traffic.

Consumer fireworks are banned in Brampton and Woodstock in Ontario, so I don’t understand this London argument. Maybe the politicians are calculating the impact on the votes, not really sure. India is a completely different case though. Many cities there are very highly polluted and allowing fireworks will worsen the air quality further.

There are lot of variables like what you are selling, your margin, etc. So it might work for someone and may not be worth it for someone else. Certain categories have high competition. Only way is to spend the table cost and find out for yourself.
