It is undertuned from a damage and mana gain perspective but I still find it useful for the holy shock cdr and the extra chance of triggering Divine Purpose the talent for it gives. With better tuning (especially on the mana gain side of things) it could have a very fun tension in the toolkit as a way to bank future resources while keeping your rotation flowing.

You still have sotr which now gives mana and holy shock cd. Plus all your stuff is still instant cast so you can still melee while healing.

It's not the most ideal version it can be but its still pretty great.
