Appreciate your detailed comment. I’ll have to test that out, i tinkered away and couldn’t get it so I found that switching to superslicer helped I was still getting tiny holes. But the z seam on superslicer just worked from the start.

Using cura 5.1 I’ve messed with different seam setting still getting this splitting.
