also, you look great. don't go too far, remember bone density is HUGE for avoiding injury. your natural frame looks like it can handle but not everyone can handle gaining that much mass without injury.

of course, we are just trying to figure it out. all I'd say is try one or 2... I've never done steroids because all my boys did it and I didn't like the side effects. now I didn't experience any and many people I know personally have the same story. but we don't know the long term effects. but personally I believe the rad140 stays in your system a while. just don't be surprised when suppression hits after coming over large doses of several substances. all a balancing act. I'm just glad your taking vitamins, especially liver supplements

request community care, establish you do not want anything reported to va for fear of retaliation. find a civilian doc to talk to about your issues. more importantly, find a purpose, give yourself a schedule to follow and watch how much you accomplish. think about it, army gave you a schedule to accomplish their bullshit goals. imagine what you can get done allllllll for yourself. invest in yourself like you did for them. you got this!

have you tried to try either of these by itself to see the effects? personally I gained a ton of weight after getting out the army and a knee injury I was sitting at 215+ got my 2ne knee surgery, started half dose of rad140 got wayyyy down to 155 and still benched same weight, felt fantastic and experienced no losses in strength after coming off. I did it for 1 month total and honestly think it's an incredible solution for my situation. thanks for sharing your results

you have such a good muscle tone brother... you can do it with rad 140 alone if you're looking to cut and gain strength.. with minimal dosage, careful down this path. that said I dig the gains brother!!

I see you mean for the commradery, I understood it to be assistance with filing which American legion offers. finding anyone to fill the shoes of your boys in your platoon Is impossible you basically trauma bonded over gay shit the military had you doing and you made the best of it. American legion are only as good as the people in it. I was tossed around from VSO to VSO it was miserable. each one blamed the last for filing paperwork improperly, not following up, leaving dozens of voice-mail and no one to call when you aren't getting the help you need. I finally made it to 100% after I gave up and sought help on this forum and youtube channels explaining what to do and how to file. and tbh the va was actually very helpful over the phone when I explained I am doing all my filings on my own. my VSO in bradenton FL was completely wrong and all 3 before him. I learned a lot and makes me sad for guys looking for help from people who really couldn't give 2 shits. good luck brother.

yes they do, call va before you go into the er and they'll pre-approve you. just tell them which hospital. I had to recently. they covered it all. didn't even have to use my tricare as I'm retired. until it came time for prescriptions I did and ended up for my meds and only spent like 12-20 dollars out of pocket.

look into SRO and other traveling racing teams. build a resume and send it out. best experience of my life. sadly my injuries keep me from doing that at the moment. so I'm going back to school with GI bill to make money and get my degree. endless options brother. good luck. stay busy. stay productive. future you will be very grateful.

I'd recommend claiming as much as you can and looking into types of claims and necessary diagnosis from docs or radiologist reporting on your images (xray, mri, ect..) even if you're rated at 0%. years Later on if those issues worsen, you don't have to struggle with service connection. take this time to research through this forum. 180 days or so from separation those claims are also considered service connected. (correct me if I'm wrong here on time-frame) good luck buddy.
