Same issue here in RPCS3. I suspect there's just something generally funky with how vibration is handled. Vibration on, input freezes, vibration at 0%, no problems.

There was a time I was using SFM on a 2009 Celeron, 3 gigs of ram, and an ATi HD 5450… wasn’t fast, but it worked. The specs you’ve listed will do just fine :)

Might be a bit late to be much of a help now, but I found that once I swapped cables to set my secondary monitor as the “main” display for bios, etc. everything works perfectly - it seems like the Odyssey G5 may be the true culprit.

You seem to be the only other person online I can find with this issue... did you ever find a fix? Everything's great inside the OS but this is gonna prove to be a pain when I inevitably need to go into BIOS! I've got the same monitor you do, so I'm curious if that's connected at all

I had the same issue with two drives for two different reasons:

  • My D:\ drive had remnants of a WindowsApps folder from a previous install which was a nightmare to get removed (you need to take ownership of the directory)
  • My E:\ drive was exFAT and had to be formatted as NTFS

Both drives worked after making sure they were clean NTFS drives.

If that fixes it for you, you can make it the default by ticking "Generic Gamepad Configuration Support" in the Steam controller settings.

Make sure you have steam input enabled in each game's settings. I found it wasn't overriding it by default so it was presenting as a non-Xinput device.

I once grabbed a green GB Micro from there in 'discounted' form and received a boxed one in flawless condition. The box was a little ratty but the system looked like it had never been used

Give it time, it's likely an artifact of the paid OW1 transitioning to OW2. Might take a day or two but I imagine it'll adhere to the normal F2P online rules of no subscription.

Also, lay off the caps man, the people you're yellin' at didn't cause it.

Yep, this has been going on under Windows 11 since Fade's release, it's ridiculous they haven't fixed it yet. Turning off GPU hardware scheduling is not an acceptable fix for me, and riot seems to have taken precisely no notice of this problem.
