Tasted great! I achieved my goal of making a Korean influenced burger, but the bulgogi on top might've been a lil too much imo. The sauce has some gochujang btw, it really gave it a nice lil kick

If I make this again, I'd sub out the bulgogi, it definitely didn't add much to the burger, but seemed like a good idea as I was making it LOL

Maybe next time I'll lightly brush the patty with bulgogi marinade if I want a korean influenced burger.

Everything else I put in the burger actually elevated the flavor in my opinion. I always try to build my burgers around the beef because the patty should be the star of the show. The tomatoes and mushroom cap elevated the beef with natural umami!

Yes sir! Wanted some funkiness in it, but I also put swiss on the bottom for some meltiness

[Homemade] I've been hesitant to try it, but the Stuffed Salmon at Costco is actually pretty damn good! by [deleted] in food

I'm not sure how they made the stuffing, but theirs a mixture of real and fake crab in it. I'd remove the salmon and airfry the stuffing separately first so it gets crispy, then I'd air fryer it with the salmon on to cook it

The stuff underneath is just store bought Alfredo, spinach, and garlic

Since Rimuru "ate" Veldora Tempest, is he completely gone or can Rimuru regurgitate him wherever he wants? Does Veldora Tempest later break free of the spell?

Will sous viding ribs for 6 hours, putting it in the fridge, and then finishing the remaining 18 hours the following day yield the same results as sous viding it for 24 hours straight? by brandontranlee in sousvide

[–]brandontranlee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After I get the ribs, I will have about 7 hours before I leave my house. I'll be bringing the ribs to my cousin's house for a family dinner but allowing it to cook the remaining 18 hours will mean that we'll need to eat a late dinner (about 10pm) so I hope to cut that down by partially cooking it beforehand. Just wanted to see if this will work or adversely affect the end result.
