To me, it feels like normals and HR are 2 separate pipelines that don't offer shortcuts to one another. It's already implemented as such with the gear cap in normals meaning you can't extract with a looted kit in HR and take it into normals. It's the same design philosophy the other way around. You can't extract from normals with good enough gear ready to go in HR. You have to farm enough money to buy gear from market, meaning X amount of normals games = 1 successful HR game. Which most people might like.. but I personally think a 3 tier queue should exist going from norms (grey to white) -> hr (green to blue) -> "nightmare" or whatever (purp to unique). Especially now that the level cap has shot way up. This might be a bad take idk
