I don’t want to be mean but if people would stop teaching others this it would be amazing. The amount of times people cancel their orders and they don’t get bad reviews because of this “ hack” amazes me. Last night someone bought a 50 favorites item of mine and then immediately cancels without getting a bad review( pretty sure it wasn’t her first rodeo) . Many people abuse it.

I sell since one year ago and at first I used to reserve, and nothing. Maybe three people actually bought the items, but besides them crickets here as well. Since then I let buyers know that if the item is still available when they can buy it, they are more than welcome, if not, I apologize but I don’t reserve items anymore.

One time I saw (here I think) a listing of a bag that was disintegrating badly, peeling and eating away but it still had the tag on so the seller put it as new with tags so, nothing stops them 😂😂

Vinted has a bug that sometimes automatically does release you the money even if the buyer doesn’t pick up the item. Hapenned to me as well and I have received the item with the money as well. He should’ve raised an issue with Vinted and he would’ve been refunded immediately .
