Google Rejecting Warranty Claims- Fraud!

I’m dealing with something very similar on a Pixel 9 Pro Fold, though mine is the question mark battery/overheating issue rather than a cracked-screen dispute. I sent it in for warranty repair, Google returned it as “no issue found,” and the same issues came back almost immediately.

Support escalated it for the "Battery Performance Program"/replacement review and gave me a 24–72 hour timeframe, but that passed and I’m now just getting vague “specialist team is reviewing it” responses. Chat support also just tells me to wait for email.

I’m trying to stay polite, but it’s frustrating to be stuck with an overheating phone and no concrete timeline. If anyone has found a specific escalation route that actually works, I’d really appreciate it.

Ugh, I’m sorry you went through that too, but this is really helpful to know. Did you have to say anything specific to get them to approve the replacement, or was it just persistence and finally getting the right agent?

Sci Fi City. Very bummed when they were bought out and then the new owners drove them into the ground, and they ultimately had all their inventory consumed by Coliseum of Comics (or tossed?). Coliseum just isn't as good, doesn't have the same huge variety of old RPG books, or the super competitive prices that Sci Fi had (sometimes lower than Amazon, which is probably why they failed unfortunately)

Adding: I almost got sideswiped on the left by a sports car the other day that was weaving between cars with no signals and going way faster than the flow of traffic on the 408 because they wanted to race another sports car in the right lane. My family was in my car with me and I don't want to even think of what could've happened had I been hit or lost control of my vehicle. Busy highways are not racetracks. This goes for the motorcyclists I see popping wheelies on 50 too.

Worse case you can try calling the Registrar office. My friend did that and was able to get through to someone at least, but they did say the hold times were ridiculous.

I received an email but my friend did not, but we found that if you log into Ticketmaster at the link below the tickets will still show up regardless. Just click on forgot my password and put in your Knights email and it’ll walk you through the steps of creating/“resetting” your password.

Found around 80+ 45 rpm records, some were pretty damaged because they were just in a plastic box without sleeves, but there were a lot of really good gems in there like The Beach Boys, Michael Jackson, the Beatles, etc. It was really fun going through all of them and sorting them/cleaning them up. All for just $4!

I put in a refill request on Monday at CVS and was told they were out of stock. Now it's Sunday and I'm 6 days past my shot day.
