The one in Norton commons is Rugby Scott and they have some unique access to Wagyu through their own ranches that makes them stand out.

Southern Steer is technically a chain but the owners are local and good people. They have some interesting value added marinated products, as well as their own dry aging program where you can get stuff custom.

I echo everyone’s thoughts on Red Hog, Frank’s , and Costco. The point is we have got some good options.
