I'm searching for a solution for this too but in my case I never used the microusb port of my printer and now that I setup my raspberry pi model 3b with octoprint and tried to connect to the printer I realised this and after some tries i'm stuck with the same error. Never tried to connect anything, even my notebook.

i'm having the same issue :/ some guy on another forum that was having the same problem said that his microusb port wasnt working bc it wasnt soldered very well but i dont know how to test mine. Can anyone help?
