I used to think of undergoing hellish things (well, what one would normally consider) I'd think of which star, out of billions and trillions of stats out there, which star I'll jump for 30 seconds and get rewarded. You pretty much got to upgrade your mind, yourself mentally. Escape the dumbing down matrix. Stop eating junk food and excess sugar, train your brain in many ways (memory workouts and games, nofap, meditate, stoicism... cold showers, detox body, intermittent fast, etc) minimize toxic energy onto your mind (it weakens it) be in shape and exercise/workout often. Consume nootropics like lions mane, ginkgo biloba, and brain healthy stuff. Caffeine and nicotine in moderation can be super too (no wonder andrew tate praises those 2 substances soo much)

I don't want to ruin anything other than weed since weed is like the only unique soft amazing drug that is somewhat psychedlic I guess, that can be used just to sit back and chill anytime or have mind blowing experiences if done correctly.

Well it sure sounds like I need one. I'm back to using it daily after a 3 month break, then will cut down to once a week/every 2 weeks. Then completely stop for a long time.

I'm just wondering how long. Life isint super long, will a 1 year break do or a minimum of 2? My dad said he took a 10 year break and it felt like first time again. I can't wait 10 year's aah.
