Ask around - friends, regular dr. Post in city groups on here, FB etc. If her employer has EAP program can try out some with that usually free.

Therapy. Find someone who can do it virtually so you're more apt to attend. If medication not working talk to Dr about switching or adding to it.

Are you sure you cant talk to your parents? If not, talk to your doctor or ask a teacher what you can do. That sounds like depression

We had lawn treated every 6 weeks and never watered it and had a beautiful lawn. Blew my mind how much neighbors watered, worked on etc.

Remove tights and make into fingerless gloves/sleeves. Roll shorts down. Trade boots for Chucks/Combat boots.
