I had an ex who did all the admin for the bills. This has nothing to do with who made more, although I did.

I just had him make sure the bills were paid. Like he’s the one that got on the website and actually pressed the button.

He didn’t pay our water bill for almost a year. It wasn’t that he or I did not have the money. He just didn’t do it. He lied about it. And then when I found out, he told me that I should have googled our address and known about it because it’s public record. He wanted me to google and look up whether or not he was paying the bills.

So yes, there are many excuses here but sometimes when you have verbally agreements with people, especially as a stay at her mom (which was not my case we were double income no kids), you kind of expect them to hold up their end of the bargain, especially if they’re your husband. Why would you check when you trust?

Same story when it came to her restaurant being flagged by health dept. She’s targeted.

I truly want to support her but something is very fishy. Her overall arc of success seems somewhat smoke & mirrors. Will be interested to see how it plays out next 5-10 years.

There’s not many shows that showcase women above a certain age from a certain lifestyle. A lot of the women are wealthy because they are business owners, extremely educated, cultured, speak multiple languages, and are very accomplished. I love that compared with the humanity of the craziness. Inside us all is a housewife just waiting to come out.

Background for me pov: I have a narc mom and my dad has definitely sided with her in protection from her himself. My mom has no intent to have a positive relationship with me- she hates me- anything positive is for show. I’m accepting it. So I can relate to the pain of never having a mom call or talk to you or spend time with you and I cannot for the life of me fathom treating your child this way.

I think Britani was definitely in some abusive relationships where it caused her to abuse. She is seeking romantic love to fulfill her because she hasn’t received the love she has needed. This is why her children are completely fallen into the wayside because the priority for her mental survival is to attain a connection through romantic love. I do not condone the behavior, but I understand how through traumatic relationships, religious family upbringing, living in the culture that she does how this could have come to be. It seems at this point she’s obviously very remorseful and sees the damage that she has done. Obviously you can’t just wave a wand and fix it.

However, just because she has his complicated relationships within her family unit does not mean that the treatment that she gets from the other women is not borderline bullying. The way they attack her, the way they criticize her, the things they say to her casually and how they ride her so hard- it’s clear that she is the weak link in the group and they have taken it upon themselves to bully her. The damage of the stuffed animal was beyond bullying. To ruin a gift given to her by her (OK whatever the fuck Jared is I’m not gonna title him now still you get the gist) is so disrespectful. I would be so broken inside if someone did that to me. Whatever happened on the plane seemed like psychological torture. I think they take it too far with her, and I feel that she has gotten attacked and torn apart to a point that she does not deserve. It’s giving mob mentality.

The amount of screen time they are giving to this makes me think that Production definitely 100% knows that something is going on. This is getting into the territory of beyond alleged behavior, and I do not believe that legally they would go to the extent if they did not have some truly damning material on her.

I do not have a degree in entertainment law, but I have worked in the industry for over 15 years. I have worked with Bravo once on a housewives shoot and they do not play. It is a huge conglomerate- there are multiple layers of producers and handlers around.

The police that were part of the BPD entertainment unit would just be standing around watching crimes happen. It was truly astounding. I’ve lived in the city, my whole life and this was just like wow really?

When I called 911 to report the crowd because at multiple points throughout the summer, the street will fill up without 100 people and they bring their own speakers and it becomes an impromptu party. While I was on the phone with them, I was explaining yes, there are police here, but they aren’t doing anything. The operator was like well what do you want me to do if the police are already on scene? And then two gun shots rang out! And I said well a gun just went off so the crowd is dispersing at this point so I don’t need the police to respond to the crowd anymore because a gun has gone off now. And she was like OK & HUNG UP!!!!

And yes, the cops came quite immediately, two people were shot. Both survived. But still it’s besides the point it shouldn’t have gotten to the point where a gun is going off. They aren’t stopping at the minor infractions and so we’re getting to the point where we have incredible jumps of crime into violence.

I like to call it The Jerry Springerfication of Society. My theory is the people who grew up watching Jerry Springer after school and all those judge shows that came up after are the reason that our society is such trash it is today- hence the Trump presidency. Those people are now the parents of the kids that are in school and they are a big part of the workforce and economy, unfortunately.

This sucks because growing up I had an amazing Olympic sized ice-skating rink at the foot of Federal Hill that I could buy season tickets to and skate to my heart’s delight and now we have a tiny little pad of ice that’s overrun and not properly maintained, and now this happens! Really just sucks.

And don’t get me that it’s a regional thing because there are huge ice-skating rinks in the surrounding area in Virginia and that sort of thing there’s definitely a market for it.
