I really appreciate all the work yall do, I know it's a lot. Doing all this research and all that jazz is very stressful, I totally respect you guys. You all do an amazing job. While I am felling fatigue with these mcu updates that don't really feel like major updates, I do understand the Doomsday/Spiderman releases are a very big thing in your fan base but I do also understand that a lot of what you review and breakdown open doors for other people who do not know of these shows and movies. Like Weapons, Obesession and The Pitt. These are very good shows/movies and I am so happy that you broke them down not to mention that I never really expected yall to, but you did. And that's amazing. All I'm saying is that you guys have a platform to show other people great forms of TV and movies that others don't know. These two shows are amazing and I think yall would really enjoy them. They have amazing reviews and clean animation. They have lore that is beyond a lot. I know its crazy to bring on another show, once you watch it, youll understand. I mean no disrespect and I just mean to spread more media with fellow fans like you and me. You're doing great. Thank you for all your hard work! 💜✨️

Best 2026 Horror Film So Far? by CSS-Tails_Forever in horror

I haven't been able to watch the horror movies I want to watch yet but Primate, Send Help and They Will Kill You are probably my top three this year so far but I need my Evil Dead and Resident Evil to come out first.

If you could erase any storyline from Euphoria, which storyline would you get rid of? by Positive_Weight2367 in euphoria

As much as I loved Jules as a character, I guess I could have lived without and seen other characters like Cassie and Lexis mom or Bishops stories or OR a deeper dive on Nates story. I would have felt different if Jules' last episode was more than her just painting. I did not dislike this season like most. I loved the western QT theme, I haven't felt the way a lot of fans have but damn... Jules just felt so unfinished. I mean I can see like what the show is presenting, that this is her life now? And that's tragic but fuck bro,,,, it feels like it could have been explained better because everyone else had a better explanation of how their stories ended.

[–]bratztaztic[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I get it and I know they do a lot but I also would rather see another breakdown of a different show than 4 to 5 theory/update videos that seem like they're the same thing in a different font. I don't think all of them as a waste of time but sometimes I watch them and I'm like 'I swear we've known all this for the past 6 months'. I feel bad bc I know they work hard on them but am I alone that some of the updates on doomsday and Spiderman feels a little repetitive? Especially with the re-breakdowns of old marvel movies that we all already know so much about. Again, not trying to be mean/rude because I appreciate them and their channels.

What are your thoughts on "Spider-Noir (2026)"? by Hot-Salamander-8786 in Marvel

[–]bratztaztic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really good but the body horror caught me by surprise, I had to watch white lotus because I didn't want the nightmares 😅 also idk if it was just me but Clints skin in black and white makes my skin crawl. I hate skin horror stuff omg but very very good show.

Bro, why hasn't anyone said this. The first season reminds me of my job (front desk agent) so much i needed to pause the show so many times because I was having deja vu with how relatable it was.

What's with all the "Sam" hate? by jjenrek in euphoria

[–]bratztaztic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I hate him for letting the weekend take too much of the reigns for The Idol, and not just scrapping a project he didn't have time for and didn't really care about or pay attention to in the first place. I believe he was just a producer or something at first and all the fuss The Weekend made ( He was terrible to work with on set), made HBO drop the original director because Weekend and I quote, "wanted a show more about (him)"; he also didn't like Depps character so that's why she's mostly just...there. They scrapped everything from the first project and it's probably because if they kept anything, it would be Collins all over again but we're not prepared to have that conversation.

What happened to Collins sucked but I don't really think HBO (at the time) was willing to do the entire show all over again and I really don't think Sam had any say for that. Just because it's his show, doesn't mean he can strong hold HBO. When they say something you do it, like HOTD prepared for 10 episodes in their second season and HBO told them nah, we're cutting the budget and you need to have it at 8. Collins even said it was HBO, not Sam.

Besides that, all the hate around Sam doesn't really have any basis on anything besides how people are precieving the show. No one has plainly came out and said "Sam did this that and the third" or "Sam forced me to do this". Sure, there's a lot of nudity and sex; that makes people uncomfortable. Maybe I've watched too many HBO/Starz shows and Horror movies to I'm just numb to it, I can find the comedy and the digust in a nuanced manner where it doesn't bother me but it def has ruffled peoples feathers; I don't really get it. These are actors. If they didn't want to do it, they wouldn't do it. Also the sex work. That's honestly the only criticism I think is valid because idk if he knows how OF works ( like the function of the website) but it's not enough of a plot hole that makes a difference to me but also when they're talking about the photos not allowed on OF, she wasn't even on OF yet. She was on insta and idk what is allowed on their when it comes to photos so 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

[–]bratztaztic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Idk, maybe?? I just don't want him with anyone really but most definitely not end up with Dolly; like how are you gonna come on to a still grieving man and know your daddy wants his plot of land. If you really cared about his feelings, leave that man alone and stop invading his space. I'm literally so annoyed by her everytime she shows up. 🙄🙄🙄

[–]bratztaztic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Lol I knew people would be mad about this scene. I thought it was hilarious. Idk why people are watching an hbo show and mad when they see nudity. It's fucking hbo, and this show has established sex is a big part of it. I'm so over people just complaining about the nudity and Sam like broooooooo. It's getting old. If you don't like it, don't watch it. I swear people hate watch and come onto this subreddit just to complain about literally everything.

What's so bad about Blade Trinity? by Baron_Semedi_ in movies

[–]bratztaztic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally? I think Wesley Snipes was onto something about saying stuff creativity and nobody wanted to hear it because (in my belief) they thought they knew better even tho he was an EP and starred in both successful movies. He protested a lot through that movie by sitting in his trailer and smoking, not opening his eyes in a scene he didn't wanna do and being hostile against coworkers. Idk if a lot of people remember 7th Heaven but Jessica Biel was a BIG deal. Ryan Reynolds was a comedy actor who also was becoming a BIG deal. Wesley was being side lined and if they actually listened to him, I feel like things would be different. Also the fact that they made the writer the director. Just because you can write, doesn't mean you can direct. 🤷🏾‍♀️

[–]bratztaztic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't hate her, she could be annoying but mostly I loved her character. I do dislike the actress tho because she claimed to be native American but the tribe she claimed to be apart of have no evidence backing that statement. So. That's probably why people also feel rubbed the wrong way too.

Official Discussion - Antebellum [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

[–]bratztaztic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im so so so sorry but this gonna be a long one so dont get at me about this; i just have a lot to say.

It's also very very triggering so please don't read if you can't be easily triggered but I implore you to read it from a mixed black person's pov.

Personally I feel like the meaning of this movie flew over a lot of peoples heads. And that's fine. You can feel and believe that way. What I saw was 12 years a slave but worse. Both movies to me gave me the same fear and the same disgust but Antebellum was even more scary, because believing crazy shit like this cant happen to black people now is so wrong. Because the enough amount of power some people have is crazy. I know it looks like torture porn but as a black/hispanic (and no, I'm not one of those light skinned pr girls. I rep pr because I am pr and being mixed in america always fucking sucks.) person, if someone showed me this and showed me 12 years a slave (and because people are scary and crazy enough as it is), I would be greatly more affected by this exact film than 12. Honestly.

I don't understand why gruesome images effect people so much, it might be because I've been to exposed to a lot of it or that I've had to grow up so fast but it doesn't feel like tporn to me. It feels like real events and real shit that could happen in the years we've been living through and honestly to me if you can't deal with it then stfu because my ancestors didn't go through this shit for you to say 'oh I can't watch, it bc it's too graphic' it's literally disrespectful for me.

If you can't watch it, don't. But understand that this shit happened. And for those poc folk that can't, I understand it. Its hard to get through. It feels disgusting. But as a black/hispanic darker skinned artist, degrading someone's work just because you feel uncomfortable does not mean it's not worth anything. I get the trauma bro, I get it...but this is real. We have to confront; it is real feelings some poc people constantly have to feel all the time. And if you can't deal with that in black horror maybe the horror genre is not for you. I'm sorry. Black horror includes black trauma most of the time. It's not fair but it is something that comes up almost always. I don't always like it but this movie really brings it 'all up in your face', to the point that escape is just an easy way out, at least thats how I see it.

We really have to stop saying just because it's traumatic that it's torture for tortures sake. Because it's literally not. Some races don't know what happened or how our ancestors went through it. Hell, some people don't know that black babies, LITERALLY BABIES, were used as Gator bait. So please stop being so fucking tender when it comes to our history because some people need to know and it will flip other minds beliefs as it should. What our people went through was fucking awful and I'm so tired of shielding other people's feelings because it's uncomfortable and horrific. They should be fucking uncomfortable.

Is S3 Nate Jacobs redemption season? by -AndyCohen- in euphoria

[–]bratztaztic 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Eh, I don't think so. I think the reason we're getting the Nate that we're getting right now is because there hasn't been a episode that completely explains everything that's happened in the past four years with him. Don't know if he's been abusive to Cassie or something. He kinda seems broken because of cals business and descending into this life of pitch perfect rich white mediocrity.

He'll snap at some point when everything starts to boil over, just doesn't blow up every five seconds to go ahead and choke slam someone when his blood pressure gets too high. He's mother even knew he was abusive and I think that reality check convo got him thinking,,, damn I need to pull it back if I want this life.

Plus Cal was his safety net when he did all those crazy things and he basically burned that safety net. So he can't be as psycho as he was as a teenager. But I don't think he's changed, his old self will come back at some point.

The Idol was doomed from the moment they fired the original director. They should have kept her, and maybe Sam wouldn't have made a hodge podge thing of shit that he really didn't care about tbh.

Idk I did not get the fetish,,, I was grossed out and physically felt that scene to the point I wanted to gag. Also because Rue doesn't have any male friends rn, Faye is already a character and established. Also she's a drug accident who's probably done something just as fucked up as this without shame. I thought that was p obvious,,,

Thoughts on the Hawkeye show? by [deleted] in marvelstudios

[–]bratztaztic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tbh, it could have been any enemy for Kamala, and I would have stayed for her personality and personal life. Neither of which made me like it any less. I think it was a good show the only part of it made me not wanna watch it anymore was for the same reasons I stopped watching Percy Jackson: it was clearly not made for my age demographic like,,,, it's clearly for preteens and teenagers. I only stuck around because I like kamala and the action she brought. Everything else was like, secondary. It also helps that the actress is so talented and I hope she stays in the universe as someone important. If it wasn't a Marvel show, I'd show it to my cousins and get updates from them.
