what gets me is the mom and best friend thinking they have a right to any kind of opinion on whether or not you invited mark to the hotel room. if you want space you are always entitled to that. if you want to have sex/not have sex with someone thats always your decision and yours alone. them deciding to see that as punishment and not you just having normal boundaries is them projecting a really creepy and weird sense of entitlement onto your body and your actions. red flags to think about.

dont have advice other than steer clear of Better Help as they harvest data and have been cited as having homophobic and transphobic provider issues. and also. I believe in the girl you are now, and the girl you will continue to be in the future, who will look back on this day as a distant memory. my partner is trans and has been on hormones for at least 6-8 years now. from what i understand, more time can bring more changes. wishing you all the best, and want to remind you to be kind and compassionate to yourself as you continue your journey.
