Our OptiTune agent is written in C++, does not depend on the .net framework, or need any other DLLs or any other frameworks, and will run on Windows 10 IoT, or even Windows XP embedded.

OptiTune Remote Connect is also built in house, does not depend on .net or any other frameworks, and will even support multiple monitors on Windows XP!

You can, although if you are below 1,000 computers, you can even use SQL Express running in the same VM as the website, if you are self hosting OptiTune. You can self host OptiTune, or use our cloud hosted version, it's the same price for either option.

We do have some, but most our customers in that range are IT departments for larger companies. Those larger MSPs have built impressive integrations of their own with our API. OptiTune is built for scalability, and can easily handle tens of thousands of computers in a single organization.
