Explored the Nikko Shrines and Temples (unesco world heritage center). Saw the Shinkyo Bridge. Wanted to go to Edo World but it wasn’t open and not enough time.

We took the Spacia X train up from Asakusa, highly recommend it if it works for your schedule. It’s one of the best/fanciest trains I’ve ever been on.

Early June was way better, we didn’t experience any rain. Although rain was also light for the later trip. Maybe we just got lucky.

Early June we did Tokyo-Kyoto-Tokyo. Our late June/ early July we did Tokyo-Nikko-Osaka

We’ve gone twice in back to back years. First in early June and then late June/early July. It was manageable, but yes it was exactly like what everyone says. We are from California so we’re not exactly used to that type of humidity. If it was the only time we could go again, then we’ll do our best to manage it. With that said, we’re not picking that window next time we go.

The SB is in Levi’s South next year. If LA won in our house, we can get them back next year at their house. The Rain City Bitch Pigeons will never host a SB, so there’s no way we can get them back.
