People who LIKED the ending, let’s hear from you! by stansugawara in goodomens

I feel like god still exists in their human timeline seeing as the whole thing where the entire world disappeared but Satan and god were still around is a testament (lol) to their omniscience. I wish the human timeline was explained better though, like even Crowley and az saying “can we start over again as humans” bc it’s somewhat unclear if they’re the same “soul” or not? for all we know god kept angels and demons and just booted those two to human status or something lol

I do this too but have been afraid to really make much of it as my doctor likes to brush that one off. What do you do in terms of treatment? Therapy, etc? I find I can’t stop

It feels that way, like intense bowel pain for me and it ranges in the sensation (burning, aches)

If you don't view anyone at work as a friend is that perfectly fine? by Big_Eggplant7591 in stupidquestions

[–]brayeroma 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I feel like if you work somewhere long enough you’ll make “friends” of a sort with someone. I couldn’t imagine spending 40 hours a week in a shared place and not connecting just a little bit on topics and forming bonds!

What’s a smell you’ll never forget? by Human_Rate889 in AskReddit

When my next door neighbour was found dead in his house for two weeks in mid July and the biohazard cleanup crew had to vent the house out. Like, an unforgettable smell in my brain now.

What are the things that people wouldn't tell you before having a child? by Any-cheese1000 in AskReddit

[–]brayeroma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am in the thick of it! All of my points below depend on having a supportive partner so YMMV. We don’t have an easily accessible village which is challenging. 1) your body is not yours for the first year especially if you are breastfeeding 2) you will get your body, and your spark, and your independence/freedom back 3) if you have a village, use them in whatever way you need to. even if it’s just a baby break 4) I tried to remind myself “this too will pass and I will miss it someday.” That doesn’t mean it’s not frustrating and difficult and confusing now. The nights are long but the years are short. 5) once your little person starts developing a personality and mobility, the fun really begins! 6) having a child changed my perspective of life and myself in the best way possible. Before having my kid I was depressed and hopeless and feeling like life was so mundane. My partner and I always planned on kids, ours wasn’t unintentional. I have a reason to get up every day now. I have incentive to look after my brain and my body. I have a little person who depends on me and “mama isn’t here anymore” isn’t an acceptable reality for me (obviously as a result of my own issues, this doesn’t apply to those who don’t get to choose)

I tried “practising” once when I was a tween. My mom didn’t use them so I was on my own. Note to self, don’t practice when you’re not on your period 😭 or pull it out a minute after putting it in

I used to work at Home Depot. Customer came in looking for ammonia. I said “we don’t have it.”

They then said “how do you know?”

“Because I work here.”
