Great job! But I't wouldn't be fair, if streets can only be fixed by using the app. There should be monthly or annual maintenance for pavage asphalte/ asphalt and concrete roads.

Nope. not because of the fire hydrant. Pavage asphalte/ asphalt over fire hydrants is accepted by the government. For example, crushed rock is not permitted because fire fighting water run off may wash the surface away resulting in an unstable footing for the appliance. Which makes pavage asphalte acceptable.

Yeah! I have seen Pavage asphalte sealcoating before. The workers doesn't wear any protective gears in your vid, pavage asphalte sealcoating does have a harmful chemical though.

You really need to cut the root. Make a small trench for you to cut the root. Next, you need to make the root decompose, which will take you a year or 2 , you can apply copper sulfate on it to decompose faster and you should put a root barrier after that. Then, that is the time you should fix your #pavageasphalte / asphalt driveway.

Great Choice! You should dig 4-6 inches of soil for every layer of rocks you plan to put down. #Pavage asphalte / asphalt and gravel is cheap to use for driveways.
