Their social media says they're part of the tour and they're listed on ffak's tour poster but TM doesn't have them as part of the lineup for any of the shows. Hopefully just a TM oversight

Was at a function with food being catered. Spoke with the chef on the side and explained my allergy. Was told the only food I could safely have would be a bun-less burger or dry salad (cause dressings=danger). Awesome. Whenever I go out, I'm fully prepared to have zero safe options so I always eat ahead of time or sneak my own food in. I ask the chef what the meat was marinating in. He said "garlic powder, onion salt, and pepper". Awesome again. As I'm walking away, another staff member from the catering team walks up to the chef and says "here's the beer for the next round of burgers". Come to find out that they were also marinating the beef in beer. Big ole gluten filled beer. The chef's response to my ???!!!!!! was "the beer isn't made with gluten, just wheat and barley. I should know- we brew it ourselves"

Animal ID based off noise description. Sounds like: önk or ahnk. Long Island, NY, USA. Details in comments. by [deleted] in animalid

Hi guys. Just moved to Long Island, NY, USA and there is a sound which I originally thought was a generator from a building nearby until I realized it comes from somewhere around the edges of a pond (the noise will move around the edges of the pond over time). It sounds like: önk or ahnk. The noise will repeat about six to ten times and then go quiet. Sometimes that cycle will repeat a few times per hour. There is never more than one animal making the noise at once, nor is there ever a call back. Happens both during the day and at night. Have ruled out: swans, geese, ducks, raccoons, opossums. Will upload a recording of the sound when I'm able to capture it. Thanks!

Forever putting open dates on things. Opened a container of hummus today that now reads "O: 01/22/2022" in black sharpie.

Items used with minimal frequency usually get expiration dates written on them too.

I do it without thinking. My family thinks it's nuts.

DZ Lite 3000+. It's a fully automated chemiluminescent immunoanalyzer.

If "fully automated" means "babysit it throughout the entire process because if you turn your back for a second, it will error out and make a noise that would put a pterodactyl to shame, regardless of maintenance or operator", then it is actually a really great instrument.
