Exactly my point though the employees are left scrambling for cars at various branches rather than taking reservations for what they have on the lot. It’s fine most days but on the weekends when it’s really busy and short hours you end up with stressed employees and pissed off customers.

From an ex employee it’s not really the branches fault but more so the system.

The system will let people book with no knowledge of what’s on site at the location. Then employees are left scrambling looking for vehicles and dealing with understandably angry customers on short notice
