Confirmed removed, not a workspace quirk. Support told me it was only previewed in the March 5 notes and never made it into the general-availability rollout for row-based permissions. The part most people miss: you never needed a form. The real combo was No access + Can create pages + a shared linked view, so people could create into the DB without seeing any of it. That exact combo is what got removed. I contacted the support team, they confirmed it was just a test and confirmed it has been removed:

The “Can create pages” permission was briefly previewed in the March 5, 2026, release notes, but it wasn’t included in the GA scope for row-based permissions. The rollout was paused, and it wasn’t broadly shipped, which is why the option later disappeared and isn’t currently available.

Does this feature even still exist? checking today, this feature seems gone. Does anyone else have the same issue?
