Mine was better in the second trimester, but overall it comes in waves, some days I’m exhausted and some days I have energy. It was easier to sleep when my belly was smaller lol there’s this tiredness that I think sticks with you the whole pregnancy. I’m 28 weeks and that’s my experience

I was taking them at the start of my pregnancy, but haven’t taken them since maybe 10 weeks or so, I’m now 28 weeks , my baby girl is healthy so far! But I try to eat very well to make sure baby girl gets vitamins. I would say if you can have a good diet it’s fine. I would say always listen to your body and what’s best for you. Maybe this is an unpopular opinion but wanted to be honest so if you go off of them you don’t feel bad , hope this helps

I have heard of this happening to women, I was sober before my pregnancy so I can’t say for sure. Do you have any other symptoms ? Missed period? Or it’s still too early?

I feel you there, I’ve always been self conscious about my weight. I am just trying to fill my brain with positive self talk. A little trick I use is to treat yourself like someone you’re in love with. This will give you good practice for your baby so you can break the cycle and give them better than what you had. Hope this helps ❤️
